Secretary / Membership Recruitment

• Recruit at least 1 new member this year
• Recruit, organize, train and motivate local Membership Recruitment committee members
• Keep the committee motivated and accountable over the course of the membership campaign
• Implement NAIFA’s “Seven Touches” program in coordination with the state association
• Plan local membership recruitment campaigns.
• Meet the association’s membership objective by 30 Mar
• Conduct agency presentations and follow up on leads from the NAIFA-National Corporate Partnerships Program and various related campaigns.
• Support the state membership chair in carrying out their plans and achieving measurable goals in membership recruitment
• Work with the local association executive on membership processing procedures

The Committee on Membership shall study and recommend to the Board of Directors and implement ways and means of obtaining members who meet standards and requirements prescribed in the bylaws of this Association.
