- Recruit
at least 1 new member this year
- Assist
the Membership Retention and Membership Recruitment Chairs
- Evaluate
previous membership efforts and assess the association’s membership needs
and trends
- Create
a Membership Development Plan with the state membership chair
- Lead
the membership committee in implementing the Membership Development Plan
- Support
NAIFA National Membership Campaigns
- Serve
as a membership spokesperson in the local and state association
- Review
membership status and brief status of membership and recruitment
activities at each board and membership meeting
- Develop
and implement a membership chair succession plan in conjunction with the
leader development plan. Ensure a
smooth and effective transition from one year to the next through
training, leadership development, accurate record keeping and
administration
- Meet
the association’s membership objective by 30 Mar
