Freedom Builder Fund Chair

 

  • Recruit at least 1 new member this year
  • Submit the Association Yearly FBF Plan at the June Board meeting.. Coordinate this plan with the IFAPAC, APIC, AHIA and Legislation Chair.
  • Earn the North Dakota – AIFA Freedom Builders Award for 2005-2006
  • Ensure at least 50% of members contribute to FBF at the contributor level or higher.  Have people pay by check for us to get individual credit
  • Ensure our per capita contribution exceeds $25.00 per person
  • Ensure 25% of membership contribute at the Platinum level
  • Complete 30% of goals by Sept 1, 2005, 60% by Jan 1, 2006 and 100% by June 1, 2006
  • Inform members that they can attend December CE blitz for free if they contribute at Platinum level (President’s letter Nov, Dec)
  • Recruit a co-chair and at least one committee member
  • Attend the Association Leadership Conference
  • Ensure all Board of Directors and officers contribute to FBF at least at the Platinum level
  • Conduct at least one meeting dedicated to IFAPAC/FBF (October)
  • Ensure at least one written communication is sent to membership each year (November) Presidents letter
  • Ensure members know the award levels of:
    • Platinum – $100 or more yearly ($8.5/mo) PACT
    • Gold - $50-$99 yearly
    • Silver - $25-$49 yearly
    • Contributor - $10-$24 yearly
  • Recognize contributors at the February Membership meeting and publish contribution levels in the minutes
  • Ensure someone from FBF Committee contacts each member personally about contributing to FBF
  • Prepare FBF handout to be used in New Member Orientation
  • Review data from NDAIFA on Association contributions and report monthly to board
