Take board and membership minutes
Prepare Treasurer’s Report and e-mail to Secretary for inclusion in AdvisorNotes
E-mail copies of minutes to State Executive Secretary for posting on Web Site, and to Secretary for inclusion in AdvisorNotes
Maintain stock of membership applications and reporting forms
Keep mailing lists up to date
Respond to association correspondence
Bill advertisers each fall for Advisor Notes
Complete new officer and committee chair form each spring and forward to State NLT 1 July
Coordinate with awards chair to ensure local members who qualify for NAIFA Industry Awards have paid their dues
Report membership renewals to the membership chair
Provide Administrative support for committees
Maintain association records
Process membership forms
Maintain association funds
Prepare Annual Budget in Coordination with President Elect for submission at June Board Meeting and approval at July Board Meeting
Ensure an audit is performed prior to the new year
Complete Annual Report by 30 November
