Board of Directors - Responsibilities

• Recruit at least 1 new member this year
• Serve on Member Involvement Committee
• Determine the policies and activities of the Association
• Elect and discipline members
• Approve the Budget
• Approve all expenditures and authorize all disbursements
• Take counsel with committees and have general management of the Association
• Contribute to IFAPAC at least at the Investor level - required for Bobel Award
• Attend all board meetings
• Attend board and committee chair orientation
• Be a member of the calling tree committee
